Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking with Gazechase Travels. These terms apply to all travel services arranged by our agency and form the basis of your contract with us.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. No arrangements will be secured until the deposit has been received.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the start of your trip.

• Non-Refundable Clause:

o 25% of the total booking cost is non-refundable under any circumstances, as this covers administrative and planning costs.

o The full deposit (30%) becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.

o Final payments are non-refundable from 30 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., flexible policies under special arrangements).

Failure to make the final payment on time may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit or any other payments made.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your booking with Gazechase Travels, the following cancellation terms will apply:

A minimum of 25% of the total booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances. This covers administrative fees, planning services, and non-recoverable supplier costs incurred during the booking process.

• If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to departure, you will be eligible for a 75% refund of the total booking cost.

• For cancellations between 35 and 59 days before departure, a 25% to 50% refund may be granted, depending on the services already booked and the policies of third-party suppliers.

• For cancellations between 15 and 34 days before departure, a 10% to 25% refund may be possible, subject to the recoverability of costs from providers.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the start of your trip are non-refundable, and the full trip cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Please note that some accommodations, charter flights, and activity providers may enforce stricter cancellation terms, which will override the general policy above. These specific terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Refunds, where applicable, are calculated on the total trip cost, not on the amount paid to date.

3. Amendments & Special Requests

Any changes to your itinerary after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Gazechase Travels will make every effort to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee all changes.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers take out comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, and travel delays. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate coverage.

5. Liability & Responsibility

Gazechase Travels acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers including accommodation, transport, and activity providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delays caused by third-party services, force majeure events (e.g., weather, natural disasters), or any circumstances beyond our control.

Clients engage in activities such as safaris, hikes, and other experiences at their own risk. It is your responsibility to understand and acknowledge the potential risks involved.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking and paying the deposit to Gazechase Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
